It can definitely be said that this is an opportunity that does not come around often. For the first time in 50,000 years, a green comet has traveled close to Earth this month, and the best chance to see it has already arrived.
Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) could be seen with binoculars and telescopes, but it will be just as bright tonight and Thursday as it can be seen with the naked eye.
The best time to see this comet is these two nights, as it will pass closer to Earth and will be visible in both the northern and southern hemispheres.
